Retapen40 currently ships to United Kingdom addresses only. We do this deliberately: keeping delivery domestic means short transit times, reliable cold-chain handling, and a consistent experience for every customer. We do not currently ship internationally.
Delivery is free on every order. Free tracked delivery is included in the price you see at checkout — there is no shipping surcharge added at any point.
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment being confirmed, on working days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a UK public holiday are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery timeframes are estimates. The large majority of UK orders arrive within the windows above, but they are not guaranteed where delays are caused by the courier or by circumstances outside our control.
Every order is sent with a tracking number, emailed to you when your order is dispatched. If you have not received tracking information within two working days of ordering, contact our support team and we will look into it.
Our products are temperature-sensitive. Every order ships inside temperature-controlled, insulated packaging designed to keep the contents stable throughout a domestic transit window. This protection is included as standard on every order — it is never an optional extra. Keeping delivery within the UK is part of how we protect the cold chain: a short domestic journey is far gentler on a temperature-sensitive product than a long international one.
Every order is sent in plain, unbranded outer packaging with a neutral sender name. Nothing on the outside of the parcel indicates its contents or the nature of the product. Your privacy is built into how we ship.
Please make sure the delivery address you enter at checkout is complete and correct. We are not able to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and we cannot accept responsibility for a delay or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately — if the order has not yet been dispatched we will do our best to correct it.
If a delivery attempt is missed, Royal Mail will normally leave a card and either reattempt delivery or hold the parcel at a local delivery office for collection. Tracked parcels not collected within the courier's holding period may be returned to us; if that happens, contact our support team and we will arrange redelivery.
If your tracking has not updated for an unusual length of time, or your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable period after the expected window, contact our support team. We will investigate with the courier and, where a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, arrange a replacement or refund in line with our refund policy.
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please report it to us within 7 days of delivery and keep the item and its packaging until we have advised you. This allows us to investigate and put the matter right.
